Yes — all plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. This covers the onboarding process and gives us enough time to properly audit, stabilize, and maintain your site. After the initial 3 months, plans continue month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.
We test updates before applying them and always have a current backup ready. If an update causes an issue, we restore your site immediately and investigate before trying again. This is exactly why professional maintenance is worth having.
WP Engine handles server infrastructure, core updates, and daily backups — which is excellent. But plugin updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, and developer support hours all still need attention. Our plans complement managed hosting rather than replacing it.
