Working With Us
For emergencies — site down, white screen, locked out — we aim to respond within the hour during EST business hours. For non-urgent requests, you'll hear back within one business day. Active maintenance clients have access to our emergency line 24/7.
Absolutely. We're based in Hollywood, FL but work with clients across the US and internationally. Everything is handled remotely — we access your site securely via SFTP, staging environments, and screen share when needed.
We quote flat-rate before any work starts. You know exactly what you're paying before we begin — no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. Emergency fixes start from $175. Monthly maintenance plans start from $149. Larger projects are quoted individually based on scope.
Yes. Monthly maintenance plans cover plugin and core updates, uptime monitoring, security scanning, backups, and a set number of support hours each month. Plans start at $149/month with a 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. Visit our maintenance page for full plan details.
Just tell us what's going on. Your site URL, a description of the problem or what you're trying to build, and your hosting provider if you know it. We'll ask for credentials (SFTP, WP admin) once we've scoped the work and you're ready to proceed.
WordPress Support
Pretty much everything — white screens, plugin conflicts, broken layouts, slow load times, security issues, database errors, login problems, WooCommerce issues, email delivery failures, and more. If it's WordPress, we've likely seen it before.
Yes, we support existing Elementor sites for maintenance and fixes. For new builds, we prefer custom PHP templates — cleaner code, better performance, and no builder dependency. If you're on Elementor and want to discuss the tradeoffs of moving away from it, we're happy to talk through the options.
Yes. We handle WooCommerce setup, troubleshooting, checkout issues, payment gateway configuration, product import, and custom functionality. We've worked on everything from simple product catalogs to complex stores with custom pricing rules and shipping logic.
Yes — full site migrations including files, database, DNS updates, and post-migration testing. We've moved sites to WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways, SiteGround, and other managed hosts with zero downtime.
Yes. We handle malware removal, security hardening, and post-hack cleanup. This includes scanning all files for injected code, removing it, patching the vulnerability that allowed the attack, and setting up proper security measures to prevent it happening again.
Design & Development
Yes. We build custom WordPress themes without page builders — clean PHP templates, semantic HTML, optimized CSS. Sites we build load fast, score well on Core Web Vitals, and don't break when plugins update.
For Shopify, we recommend our sister studio Honeyfoot Digital Co. at honeyfootco.com — get in touch and we'll make a warm introduction. For BigCommerce we handle theme customization and Page Builder widget configuration directly.
Yes. Custom post types, ACF field groups, custom Gravity Forms integrations, API connections, custom admin screens — if WordPress core doesn't do it out of the box, we can usually build it.
We handle technical SEO — clean markup, proper heading hierarchy, schema, sitemap configuration, Yoast setup, and Core Web Vitals optimization. We don't offer content SEO or link building services, but we work well alongside SEO agencies who need technical implementation support.
Technical Questions
For managed WordPress hosting we recommend WP Engine, Kinsta, or Cloudways depending on budget and site size. For clients who need more control, a well-configured VPS on DigitalOcean or Vultr with proper stack setup is a solid option. We're comfortable working on any host.
Yes. We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, set up SMTP sending via FluentSMTP or similar, troubleshoot Gravity Forms email delivery, and have specific experience with Microsoft 365 OAuth configuration which is a common pain point.
Yes. Content Security Policy headers, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, and Referrer-Policy are all things we configure as part of security hardening engagements. CSP in particular requires careful implementation on WordPress sites to avoid breaking plugins.
Yes. We diagnose performance issues using GTmetrix and WebPageTest, implement caching, optimize images, defer render-blocking scripts, and configure CDN. For sites on managed hosting, we also tune server-level caching settings.
